Our customers have the right to return the product within 20 natural days. This term will expire on the 20th day, counted from day the product has been received by the customer and until the day it is shipped back.
1) DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR ORDER
- In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (Its clearly broken and unusable)
- Product received is not the product that was ordered. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
Customer has the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available, the customer will be refunded with a Store Credit or for the total amount.
2) PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT THE EXPECTATIONS:
- Customer simply want a change for another product or return it.
- Patterns have some variations according with the picture.
- Material quality is not exactly what customer wants.
3) CONDITIONS TO APPLY FOR A CHANGE OR RETURN:
- No refund requests will be accepted after 20 natural days for any reason.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- We'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally paid.
- Refund or Changes will be executed once we receive the product/s back.
- Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for return (box not necessary for flip flops).
- After we sent the refund confirmation to the customer, the refund can take between 7 to 14 business days to be reflected on your account statement.
To exercise the right to change or return the product, please follow these steps:

3.Place the form inside the package.
4.Send the package to our warehouse at the address shown on the form.
5. Notify us + Keep and send us the your new return tracking number to- email@example.com (Important!)
Any refund or exchange of products will be executed once the product is received back to our warehouse.
Note for orders outside the US/CA/MX: Please do not use private shipping post companies like UPS - DHL - FEDEX to return the item/s.
The Refund will be only for product cost and not for shipping cost.
